Key Takeaways — Refund Policy

No Cancellation Once Initiated

Transactions cannot be cancelled after initiation/processing.

No Refunds for User Errors

Wrong account details or incorrect transactions are not refundable.

Technical Failure = Full Refund

Full refund including convenience fee within 7-10 working days.

3-Hour Dispute Window

Disputes must be raised within 3 hours of transaction initiation.

1

No Cancellation After Initiation

If a User has initiated a Transaction, the User cannot cancel the same once the Transaction has been initiated/processed.

Once a payment instruction is successfully submitted through the MicroPe Application, it enters the processing pipeline. Due to the real-time nature of payment systems, cancellations are not possible after this stage. Users are advised to double-check all transaction details before confirming any payment.

2

User Responsibility for Payee Details

User is solely responsible to add the Payee bank account details on the Application and the User must ensure that the details entered in respect of the account name, account number, IFSC code, etc are correct. MicroPe shall not be liable to check or validate the account details on behalf of the User.

The User acknowledges that in case the User enters incorrect bank details, MicroPe will not be responsible/liable to refund any amount to the User whatsoever. MicroPe, the Service Providers and the Acquiring Banks will not be responsible in case the User initiates a wrong/incorrect transaction.

Users shall have very well understood and acknowledge that payments when made into a bank account of the Payee are irreversible as the same falls under the personal jurisdiction of the said Person.

3

3‑Hour Dispute Window

The User can raise a dispute/query in respect of a particular Transaction within a period of 3 (three) hours after initiation of such Transaction. Any dispute/query raised after 3 (three) hours will not be considered valid by MicroPe and MicroPe will not be liable to refund any monies in such scenario.

It is the User's responsibility to monitor transaction status immediately after making a payment. MicroPe encourages Users to enable instant notifications and review transaction confirmations promptly to utilize the 3‑hour window effectively.

4

Settled Transactions Cannot Be Rolled Back

In case the User claims a refund after the Transaction is settled, the User expressly agrees that such transactions cannot be rolled back and hence covenants to resolve this transaction with the Payee offline and inform MicroPe on such resolution.

MicroPe acts solely as a payment facilitator. Once funds have been successfully transferred to the Payee's bank account, MicroPe has no technical or legal mechanism to reverse the transaction. Any refund or dispute resolution must be handled directly between the User and the Payee.

5

No Refunds for Successful Transactions

There shall be NO REFUNDS or REVERSAL of any kind for successfully initiated/processed Transactions; even where such transaction is effected or executed on account of any default or negligence of the User.

This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the User mistakenly enters wrong beneficiary details, incorrect amount, or double-pays an invoice. MicroPe strongly recommends Users verify all information before clicking the final confirm button.

6

Technical Failure — Full Refund

However, the User shall be fully refunded for any kind of debits on account of technical failure on the Application. In such a case, the User shall be refunded the entire amount, including the Convenience Fee (if any), without any demur into his account within 7 (seven) to 10 (ten) working days.

"Technical failure" includes, but is not limited to: server downtime during transaction processing, incorrect debit without corresponding credit to Payee, duplicate debits due to platform glitch, or failed transaction where amount is deducted but not settled. Users must report such issues immediately to MicroPe support for verification and processing of refund.

7

Chargeback & Convenience Fee

All refunds to the Users shall not entail any Chargeback of Convenience Fee and related taxes. The Convenience Fee paid to MicroPe for processing a successful transaction is non-refundable under any circumstances other than a documented technical failure on MicroPe's platform.

If a chargeback is initiated by a User through their bank or card issuer, MicroPe reserves the right to contest such chargeback and provide transaction evidence. Any fees imposed by payment networks or acquiring banks due to chargebacks may be recovered from the User.

8

Suspicious or Invalid Transactions

In case of User violating any terms of the Terms of Service, MicroPe reserves the right to hold back any payment which it feels as suspicious or invalid unless completely validated.

MicroPe may, at its sole discretion, place a hold on transaction amounts that appear fraudulent, violate applicable laws, or breach the Terms of Service. The hold will remain until a complete investigation is conducted. If validated as legitimate, funds will be released; otherwise, they may be forfeited or reported to authorities as required by law.
